It's a spooky Abstract Thursday!

This week our regular host Ingeborg has charged us with creating a spooky abstract.  My effort is spooky but not very abstract: it is an edited picture of Violet's Spooky Tree which she has constructed and decorated over the past week or so.  She did all of the painting, including the excellent faces herself.
In other news: a day of relative rest for myself and Mr MC as we attempt to shake off this wretched viral cold!  Mr MC will be umpiring hockey this weekend and we look forward to our friends D and A,  arriving on Sunday evening.
