A day at the coal face; I waited for my monthly 1-1 but it got pulled at short notice - grrr.... Had I known earlier I could have kicked off earlier. 

But a fresh day with a slight risk of sunburn. D Mains to the Old Town then onwards thru' Gorgie and ending up at Saughton Mains. A productive day.

Then home (picking the dog up en route) and await the boys coming in from school.

Tom barely touched his dinner - bizarre.
