And then, suddenly it is Sunday night...

Oh well. 

Apart from having an easy morning to help my recovery from yesterday's run, I have been quite busy. I even managed over an hour doing garden chores. It was cold to start with but the activity warmed me. 

To seal the deal, I had a cup of hot tea when I finished. I have 3 flavours of Yogi Tea at the moment, but my soul certainly needed some therapy today - not embalmed, but I suppose that will come soon enough. 

The tea comes from Hamburg and the mug from Ingolstadt, but you get the idea.
