Comfortable

The sea lions are making themselves at home in the harbor. It's a problem - the port doesn't want to hand the place to hand it over to them like they did at Pier 39. But as marine mammals they're protected, so you're not supposed to do anything to frighten them off. Leaving buckets all along the edge of the docks is the only deterrent I've seen so far.
