Abutilons

Today I've moved all the abutilons into the greenhouse for over-wintering. Its the first time that they have all been in flower together so I decided to photograph them. My blip shows half the collection. It includes two new ones that I haven't photographed before: top left is the crimson red of  'Roter Vulkan' (Red Volcano) which came from Duisberg in Germany; bottom right is 'Leila Jackson' named after the former owner of a nursery in Herefordshire known for its cultivation of abutilons and now home to the national collection.
