My heads still in Portugal

My blips are still linked to memories of Portugal as it's still at the forefront of my early morning thinking, so I've rather lost the day to day Blip journal.

I did go to Tai Chi yesterday and managed some of the exercises (with some care as I have a bad back at the moment - I think sitting in the cramped airline seat didn't help).  I also managed to shop at Tesco, as I have been managing with what was in the freezer and what had survived in the fridge.  I seem to be having a particularly tired spell, so I didn't do too much in the afternoon.
