Beech Leaves

The strong winds have brought down a lot of leaves - fortunately no major damage to trees or branches - at least in the little woods nearby, although it was a little scary walking as there was a lot of groaning and creaking as the trees swayed in the wind!!

This patch of wet beech leaves caught my eye - with the little bits of greenery poking through. The rain on the leaves seemed to enhance the colours nicely.
