Flower

We're running out of plants in flower on the patio, though there are still some colour there.  I thought this was quite pretty.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting Flower Friday.

Emma and Rafferty came round this morning.   He played with his toys, we keep a stock in the cupboard for when he visits, then they went for a walk to see the boats in the marina.  Luckily the heavy rain we'd had in the night and first thing this morning had stopped for a while.  

On return we decided coffee was needed so we all went over to GoodRoots where we had a drink and Raffy had a bit of breakfast and had a look at his sticker book, see extras.

Later I had to go to the surgery for a blood test, higher but still too low.  Before the test we popped into a new cafe, Rainbowls on the Tything, for a drink.
