Roy Petrie in Tibet

Well, we had our lunch party and Roy Petrie, artist and a former colleague on the Glasgow Herald showed us photos of his trip to Tibet.
 
Roy, a natural extrovert with a gift for making friends wherever he goes despite no knowledge of the language acquired many new ones during his travels like the ones featured above in Lhasa.
 
He is planning a book about his adventures and
one section will deal with portraits of Tibetan people (see extra).
 
But first he has a hundreds of photos to sift through.
