Quince

Such a beautiful autumn day. Woke to a day with my eldest daughter being here with her little J and we created in the kitchen.  This is the Quince Jelly cooling off in the autumn sunshine we are blessed with today. An autumn jewel. There is some chunky quince jam being made and we ate the most delicious Apple and Rosemary (gf) cake made by my daughter for tea.. 
Now hubby is off to sing in a local concert and I have a few quiet hours to finish off the jam recipe.
The house smells delicious and the autumn sun keeps shining.
