Swimming Lesson

H had her 4th swimming lesson this morning. It's the 7th one of the session but the 4th she has attended due to car problems, illness etc. She's been very timid and a bit upset at me not being in with her, but today we definitely turned a corner. No tears and she had lots of fun and is looking forward to next week. She proudly showed me how she can put her face in the water and blow bubbles, a d how she has managed to clamber onto the side of the pool without the instructor having to life her! So progress, thankfully.

Quick visit to Mothercare and Sainsburys then home for a lovely afternoon of fun. Kids were on the trampoline for a while in the garden but we also had a tea party (with the new toy biscuits H convinced me to buy her), read stories, sang songs, and colouring in, inside as it was pretty cold and windy.
