Playing again . . .

Today was the turn of the Tamron 150-600 telephoto lens.  In my mind I could not see that I would have much need for focus stacking with the telephoto, but I have invented one (ok – discovered!).
 
The shooting worked excellently, taking 21 shots from closeup (the fence) to infinity, and the merge was spot on in Affinity.  Processed in PS.
 
I also got to use the new geared head properly – what a difference to using my old fluid head.
 
Not the best of images.  It was raining (it hasn’t stopped all day, just slowed down once in a while) so the shots were taken through the double glazed patio doors.  At f/5 the DoF was quite shallow.
