Multiexposure

It was a lovely bright sunny morning as I headed to the pool for a water fitness class.  A different teacher this week which is always interesting and was certainly a different class.  It's always lovely in the pool with the sun streaming in through the windows.

Back home it stayed dry most of the day until some very heavy short bursts of rain at the end of the day.  

Fortunately I had already gone outside to take some multi exposure shots for todays abstract Thursday.  I thought the yellow of the flowers gave a warm happy mood with the greenish background adding a soothing calm tone.  With the fragility of the petals it could be interpreted as a metaphor for the state of the planet with respect to both politics and climate change.

Another zoom meeting with photographer Ruth Grindrod, she gave an excellent presentation on colour, tone and textures within landscapes.
