Leith Archaeology

My only trip out today was to go down to Leith to get my haircut and then to wander back via the soon to be closed streetart wall at Coatfield (archaeology and then building is to be done in this space) and the shops to pick up a few bits and pieces.

I felt weary, bruised and battered by the contingencies of life and work, and generally rather down. I even wondered if I was running a cold - the first in ages. I retreated to bed - notwithstanding the presence of a guest - at 9pm, for a deep and largely dreamless and very restorative sleep.
