Mono Monday: hat

With thanks to Laurie for the theme cat, bat or hat. I was going to blip a witch's hat from the dressing up box but it was already black. I thought there was more interest, and more texture, in my grandson's. It was hand-knitted for him by our Liverpool based friend G. It's done very good service and is out again for another season.

Great party yesterday at our daughter's flat. There was a skeleton and two witches. The younger witch had recovered from her tummy upset.  When the party ended we walked home with our grandson (the skeleton) and collected our canine guest, Lottie.

Yet again I blame the full moon for the subsequent nighttime shenanigans.  Lottie was the being who had the best sleep and wasn't involved in any musical beds. But all good today and it's dry so time in the garden is possible.
