Dandelions wih a difference

I have looked a lot of blips on here showing dandelion seed heads so I though I would try one of my own.........Ok it was fairly boring so I added a little artistic license while I was playing with my new Photoshop elements.

I quite liked his image but I do not intend to add too much "Jiggery pokery" to my images in the future as I am a bit of a traditionalist and like photos more of less as they were taken.
