made in the usa - but not recently - and i wouldn’t recommend - using it any time soon - because it dates - to around 1890 - to 1910 or so - sometimes i wonder - that i have things - in my possession - which are quite so old - yet i do - and this is - another wonderful find - discovered on an antique - journey with my sister - many moons ago - and i used to have - it out on a dresser - with other items belonging - to my grandma

i’ve scaled down now - i no longer have that - dresser but i keep - this out with some - other old things as a - reminder of what used to be - quieter times and simpler ways - of how we used - to be with ourselves - and each other - and how it all led to…
