What a dreary rainy day it's been. So I decided to make some Christmas casserolls. I made 2 carrot and one swede. One of each I put into the freezer for Christmas and one carrot we started at lunch with turkey. So we actually had our first traditional (in our house) Christmas lunch today.

Otherwise it's been a movie day. My husband is feeling a bit out of the weather, but I think it's due to his massive working hours last week.
