Chester FC 0 York City 0

It was FA Cup First Round day and Chester now face an FA Cup replay in 10 days time after an entertaining goalless draw with York. The visitors are in the division above but didn't look it and Chester could have won the game in the very last minute when a cross just evaded Charlie Caton. It was another good performance and I think we just about shaded it. There is certainly nothing to fear from York in the replay. I could have done without the extra game as we now have six away games on the run.
