Half Marathon

We went for a walk up Old Pale and into Delamere Forest where there was a marathon and half marathon taking place. It must have been a tough course because they had to go up Old Pale. This woman was running the half marathon and was a hundred yards from the finish when she saw her family and friends. Like many others she looked remarkably fresh from the challenge.
