Discovery

Stuart was doing some sorting in the loft this morning and found a box with 'Jap vase' written on it.  He brought it down and we discovered a vase with Japanese style design, but made in England!  I simply don't remember it, but it must have come from my grandmother's house I think.  She had a lot of oriental style objects - mostly from when my grandfather went to China with the navy.  I hope he wasn't sold this 'made in England' vase in China!

This afternoon some friends visited and we had a good catch up.
