The Ugly duckling

So much rain. But lovely to see the growing swans on the river. Even better I was in town after my counselling having a little mooch and a coffee with Mrk. It was a good session even though my grading on how I felt was higher, I certainly felt better after talking to her. She makes me really think about not only how I feel about myself, but why that is the case.
No tears and no sleep.
Mrk and I had stopped at a new little cafe for us after picking up the shopping this morning. It was the Copper House at Danbury and really tasty. MrK had the best hot chocolate he's ever tasted!
