Autumnal colours

The rain was just easing off by the time I walked the dogs this morning.
I had my waterproof shoes on, so we came back along the grass verge and there were so many fallen leaves, I just couldn’t resist picking up a few of them.

Other than that I’ve kept a fairly low profile all day following my little dentist trip yesterday.

Managed a bowl of porridge for lunch and will try and eat sensibly tonight on one side of my mouth, although it might take a while :-)
