Leaf Fall

A busy day, firstly visiting three sites to collect water samples before a drive up to Warrington to drop of the bottles for analysis.  No time for photography and by the time I was at the laboratory it was pouring with rain.

When I finally got home there was just enough light to capture this image of our ornamental acer now in its last throws of colour.
