Patchwork

I ventured out for some fresh air, keeping well away from other folk. The autumn colours seem to be peaking, and this view of Esholt Woods down in the valley captures a nice varied patchwork.

After discussion with HR I decided to call it for the week, not least as I seemed to be exerting a lot of energy making day by day decisions on fitness in time for the “call in before 9” deadline. Hopefully by Monday I’ll have picked up quite a bit.
