White Coat Syndrome

Tony dropped me off at the BRI first thing en route to Parkrun at Lister Park.  I was heading for the Clinical Research Centre to take part in a flu vaccine trial.  Despite having normal blood pressure in the morning before I set off, it suddenly soared??  Several readings were taken, a couple of different machines tried and I was asked to have a lie down in a store room for a while, which is where I took my blip.

Long story short I was vaccinated and set free, five hours after I had arrived.  I think I may do a jigsaw for the remainder of the day and watch Crocodile Dundee 2.  And then re-check my blood pressure!
