Storm Debi

This poor marigold is bent double in the wind and all the gorgeous leaves have been blown off our acers. But that’s about it, touch wood.

I underachieved today with too much distraction, but the stars aligned and I did swim and do my physio exercises and had a half hour walk to the Co-op and back. Left hip no worse for Saturday’s dancing which is good.
