Peace

We need plenty and so thought the artist who painted this dove I like so much.  It is on the side of the Shrewsbury ark a homeless charity.

We meandered up and down the streets of Shrewsbury, not being too aware of anything.  It’s a quaint town with wonderful names for so many of its shops and bars: Glouglou :a French wine shop, Giggling Squid  : restaurant, Left for dead, for old records etc, Snoop, not sure, Hokum, The Cat’s Pyjamas…. 

We stopped for a Costa and later some lunch.  

Extras :  As we came to the Severn we realised it had overflowed and a guy was trying to get through on a bike! Thought it made a good picture.

At the end I left Ro on a seat in front of the castle while I clambered up the steps to Laura’s Tower for views over the Severn.  But it was actually the shot to remember the name that I liked best!
