I sorted out lots of old paperwork this morning. Fitbit sent me a message congratulating me on my 59 minute swim!

I got very hot walking Hetty this afternoon. Apparently, according to Alexa, real feel to the temperature was 6° and I dressed to reflect this. I just got hotter and hotter and became very sluggish on the uphill stretch. I even thought about ringing home and requesting a lift.  

In the end, I took a couple of layers off, put my coat back on and got on with it.

Hetty still looks naked following a visit to her groomer last week.
