Colourful mushroom

D and I went on an adventure today. I had been wanting for a long time to walk somewhere different, not just my usual paths. So we went for a little drive to some woods about half an hour away and followed a recommended walking route through the woods and around the nearby village.

Everything is so stunningly beautiful at this time of year, and we saw so many cool mushrooms. It was very hard to narrow it down to one picture for today's Blip. In the end this one won out for the vibrancy of the colour in it, as mushrooms are so often the pale off-white colour you commonly see.
