What an insultation!

People who live in West Ealing must get very fed up with this but I think I'm entitled to a bit of levity today - I have, at very long last, received the certificate that approves my building work. Now my house is insurable, legal and sellable (never!). There is still some snagging work to be done but this is a huge relief.
