Wonderful Windows

I haven't had a wander round the Burrell Museum for some time but today, after coffee where we were once again back at our usual table No 45, we headed for the 'Great Gift to Glasgow' exhibition which charts the collecting and legacy of Sir William Burrell and his wife Constance.

Over 100 extraordinary objects  help tell the story of its formation , from a couple's private art collection to a treasured civic museum. A collage of a 100 pictures was beyond me so I opted for two rather beautiful stained glass windows made in Germany about 1000 years ago.

We will return and choose a blip from the remaining 98 items.
