Flower Friday

The weather forecast is for a cold snap to hit here from today, so I thought the Penstemon, and the white rose in extras should have a last entry for the time being. It is now 4.30pm, and the outside temperature is already down to 10'C.

Had aerobics class this morning and it was lovely to be back in class after the last few weeks. Hopefully I won't feel it too much tomorrow,  I will be on a coach to Cardiff to meet up with my two step granddaughters.  Really looking forward to seeing them, as it has been a while. E will be a little late in the morning as she is working but R is coming into the City earlier, and will meet me off the coach so we can get a coffee. Table for lunch already booked, my treat ;-)
