A totally sunless day

Today has been dismal. Lots of grey and some drizzle.

This photo of leaves through leaves was taken through my side window. The glass (not chosen by me) has a textured leaf pattern on it. I liked the way the leaves behind the window looked.

I am finding the news with wall to wall coverage of wars in Israel/Gaza/ Ukraine extremely depressing. And now some rioting in Ireland. Why do humans want to destroy each other?

And headline news today was about the death of a football ‘legend’. How can it be described as ‘heartbreaking’ when he was 80?
