Winter beach

This is the first really sunny day we’ve had for a very long time!

The sea and sky were blue, although there was a wintry feel to the colours. For the first time since summer I took winter gloves, scarf and woolly hat, but the sun warmed things up so I didn’t need to wear them. The car showed the outside temp as 9 degrees. There was a tiny frost this morning.

I see from the news that Michael Gove has apologised for some of his actions during Covid. So many of these two faced lying politicians seem to think that if they are ‘found out’ and can’t lie their way out, they can just apologise and then everything will be alright. So can a motorist caught speeding just say they made an error, apologise, and get away with it?
