In between the morning rush at home and the whole day rush at work, I have a few moments of peace and quiet: get the bike out, put the helmet on, stick my trousers into socks, have a look around, ok it's a lovely day, the pepper tree looks nice (makes terrible mess though), some kids are getting ready for school, off I go. 15 minutes and back to real world.
