Normal....

It's an established fact that our family enjoys an element of unorthodoxy in our 'day to day'....our routines would certainly not conform to the Good Housekeeping magazine stereotype....

Sarah & my priorities are centred around the kids and all their needs....equally, the kids priorities are very much built around the extra roles and responsibilities they have to take on, in and out of the home....

I know that the kids, particularly the older ones, feel the weight of these additional expectations occasionally, they want to be just like their school mates....

....'normal'....

I agree, our individual family roles aren't normal....but they are what makes our family work....

....then again in this day and age who's are....?

It's great therefore when a really close friend, always on hand, through thick & thin, with one small gesture, can help you see straight through all of the crap and remind us why it is we do what we do....
