And a way to help me breathe, albeit briefly. Absolutely full of cold, completely and utterly bunged up today, a Christmas gift from Dad I could do without! Another day of cancelled plans. Can’t believe Christmas is less than three weeks away and I’ve hardly started on the preparations.

Thank you for your kind words yesterday. I’ve been resting my foot as much as possible today, in between the chores. I’ve been able to get around as long as I remember not to put any weight on my ankle and toes which are both turning a lovely shade of purple!
