Wintry scene

Physio at 11:30. Hamstring tendonitis. Repeated exercises I was given a few months ago, and they had already helped. One more appointment made in 2 weeks. Hope I'll be OK then.

Met Mr B in Boscombe. We had coffee at Deus ex Machina. Took this blip of trees at the back of the precinct. Then returned home. Did some paperwork.

Early evening drinks laid on for members drinks at the Spa. Chatted and left when it ended at 8pm. Mr B collected me, was pretty cold out.
