One French Hen

We had a really busy baking day today ! Rob had an order for five extra loaves, and I made some Christmas specials including mincemeat frangipani tarts and salmon and leek quiches.
So it was good to sit down to some quiet stitching. I finished my French Hen, and also completed the Gold Ring that my sister had a go at starting. She isn’t someone who sews and left it behind when she went home. I’ve sent her a photo and she is really pleased with how it turned out!
I think Partridge in a Pear Tree may be next….
