Scotland Tour - Day 5

Day five saw us heading a short run up the coast to Dunrobin Castle. We arrived nice and early and had a great tour of the Castle and the grounds.

Mid-morning there was a Falconry display in the grounds and the chap doing the display was very good teaching us about the birds and how they learn to hunt for their handler.

This was certainly the highlight of the week so far as you were able to access almost all of the Castle.

We then headed to two distilleries for a tour and a wee tasting at the end of it. First was Clynelish just north of Dunrobin and then a Trip down to Tain to the Glenmorangie Distillery, home to the tallest stills in Scotland.

Drove round to Portmahomack and the Nigg ferry before heading back for dinner and a relaxing night.
