Party follow-up

We managed well today after a short 'night' of sleep, and it wasn't long before all evidence of last night's partying was completely removed from the flat. The last vestige of this was the list on our whiteboard. Here are the names of all the party participants. (The names in red are of people who hoped to come, but couldn't make it on the night.)

One guest returned to the house this morning to collect a belonging that he left behind last night. It was no surprise to us that the 'spare' phone that we discovered in our kitchen phone crèche turned out to be Jack's.

Our weekend guests left for their long drive south soon after brunch of shakshuka. Not long afterwards we chatted online to our brother-in-law Richard in Kensington, then (unusually for us) took an afternoon nap.

Supper was leftovers, and our evening entertainment last night's episode of Dr Who.

Exercise today: dancing and walking (14,561 steps).
