Back to normal

Backache (sciatica?) went as quickly as it came. Felt 100% today. Just as well as it was a mild, almost Spring-like, sunny day.

Walked along the cliff-top to Boscombe. Popped into Deus ex M to book a table for next week (girlie lunch), and had a flat white ... and a portion of their scrumptious fries. Seemed naughty until I realised I wasn't the only one.

Returned home by bus after a quick shop. Wrote Xmas cards for neighbours, and a handful to post. The majority will be by Whatsapp.
