Rocky

My title for today's praying mantis photo is taken from the rocky retaining wall in our garden and also the insect's trembling motion, rocking backwards and forwards as it picked its way carefully across the rocks.

As usual with insects, I turned to the Brisbane Insects website for help in understanding and identifying the creature - which led me to False Garden Mantid.
