Hungry Squirrel

I took a pack of two lamb leg steaks out of the freezer last night and they've been in the slow cooker most of the day. Zoe (Nutrition) doesn't score meat well, except for poultry, and while I eat far less meat than I did 10 years ago, I'm not quite ready to cut it out completely. I'll make the two steaks do four meals, since 75g of meat is a large enough portion for me, and I've added red split lentils to it to up the protein.

I walked down the cycle track after lunch, taking a couple of baubles with me to add to the Christmas trees. I found that others had been adding decorations too - see extra!
