Thanks for all the kind comments. 
Tried calling the Dr first thing... Solid engaged tone for 90 mins.
Thought we'd try the pharmacist like we're always told to.... They said "you need to speak to your Dr..."
Excellent system, reminds me of a Magnus Mills book.
