A tad windy....

Didn't seem to put this one off, a proper little acrobat. 
10hrs sleep for both of Team IttH last night uninterrupted by coughing fits... possibly, hopefully, a corner turned.

In other exciting news (well to me at least) a new Wellness Walks location, another strategic dot on the map... Hertfordshire, which hopefully will link in to our 2024 plans to venture down South* and will help support and mentor our London** volunteers. 

* note to self, probs best to stop referring to everywhere below the Peak District as the Southern Wastelands....
