Many of us fear that just as with the referendum on BREXIT, and the recent Australian referendum on formalising giving people of the first nations a voice in Parliament, Aotearoa/New Zealand will be split asunder. All just to gratify one man's ego.

I am so impressed by C's clearly and carefully presented argument as to why we all need to honour the treaty. Who we are as a nation is based solidly within the framework of the Treaty. We don't always get it right, but it gives a measuring stick and a map so we can.
