Timing...

Loved that I was outside when these two came for a visit. Nicki phoned for a blether so it was nice to catch up. 

I collected a little butchers block down in Berwick and went back to the paint shop but it was shut. I can't believe we're already at the painting stage.

I'm sorting out the attic at the moment. It's full of all the old curtains from the house when it was an old people's home. Sarah has said I can help myself to the fabric so I think I'm going to start by recycling a pair for my new bay window. They used to be in the Grand Hall I think and I love them but they're super long so will need altered.
