Hiretree

We do like a real Christmas tree but don't like the consequential needle bath and/or expensive firewood that tends to result.

This year we've hired one from a local farm shop!  Each year they are delivered just before Christmas (which suits us perfectly as we're very much not Christmas-in-October people) and collect it in the new year.

It'll be replanted and re-used next year, eventually getting planted out in woodland strips for wildlife corridors etc.
